Our Story: The AutoFix Garage Journey

AutoFix Garage started as a small, family-owned business in the heart of Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Founded in 2010 by veteran mechanic, Thomas Blackwood, with a passion for cars and a commitment to honest service, AutoFix Garage quickly earned a reputation for quality workmanship and customer care. Thomas, a Seattle native, had always dreamed of creating a garage where customers felt like family and could trust that their vehicles were in the best hands.

In the early years, AutoFix Garage focused primarily on routine maintenance and basic repairs. Thomas, along with his small team, worked tirelessly to build a loyal customer base, often going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Word of mouth spread rapidly, and soon AutoFix Garage outgrew its original location.

In 2015, AutoFix Garage expanded to a larger, more modern facility just off of Leary Way NW. This expansion allowed the garage to offer a wider range of services, including advanced diagnostics, engine repair, auto body work, and transmission services. The team also grew, bringing in experienced technicians with specialized skills to meet the increasing demands of Seattle's diverse automotive needs.

Throughout its history, AutoFix Garage has remained committed to its core values: honesty, integrity, and quality. We believe in treating our customers with respect and providing transparent, upfront pricing. We never recommend unnecessary repairs and always strive to find the most cost-effective solutions for our customers' automotive needs.
